Twitter user Miexriir, a software engineer from Seattle, racked up 30,475 retweets after she shared photos from a "Drink Talk Learn" party where guests were required to give brief lectures to their fellow partygoers.。

Running over the time limit means the presenter needs to chug their drink.。

And the presenter should choose a topic that interests them, obviously.。
