材料

1.胡蘿卜去皮 ,洗淨 ,切成薄片;香菇去蒂,洗淨 ,片成大片;紅棗洗淨 ,泡軟;山藥去皮,洗淨 ,切成小片 ,再放入清水盆中 ,加入少許精鹽浸泡片刻。

2.鍋中加油燒熱,先下入蔥段炒香,再放入山藥 、香菇、胡蘿卜炒勻,然後加入紅棗、醬油和少許清水,快速翻炒至山藥 、紅棗熟軟 ,再放入精鹽、胡椒粉炒至入味,即可出鍋裝盤。
