山藥炒香菇
材料
鮮香菇150克,山藥200克,炒山胡蘿卜100克,家常紅棗10枚 ,蔥段10克 ,精鹽1小匙,醬油1/2大匙,胡椒粉1/2小匙,植物油2大匙。

製作步驟
1.胡蘿卜去皮,洗淨,切成薄片;香菇去蒂,洗淨 ,片成大片;紅棗洗淨,泡軟;山藥去皮 ,洗淨,切成小片,再放入清水盆中,加入少許精鹽浸泡片刻。

2.鍋中加油燒熱,先下入蔥段炒香,再放入山藥、香菇 、胡蘿卜炒勻 ,然後加入紅棗 、醬油和少許清水,快速翻炒至山藥、紅棗熟軟,再放入精鹽 、胡椒粉炒至入味,即可出鍋裝盤。
