亞足聯官方寫道，官方2023年亞足聯巴林U17亞洲杯預選賽及2023年亞足聯烏茲別克斯坦U20亞洲杯預選賽抽簽儀式將於5月24日下午2點和4點舉行。亚预选

2023年亞足聯U17、洲杯U20亞洲杯預選賽將分別於2022年10月1-9日和9月10-18日舉行，赛抽10個小組第一和5個成績最好的签月小組第二將晉級正賽。
