以瓊中女足“王牌”隊伍——U18梯隊運動員為班底組建的陈婉瓊中女足俱樂部和海南省女子足球隊，在陳婉婷教練團隊的婷执指導下，正積極備戰即將開賽的教琼将出级联中國女足乙級聯賽。

陳婉婷原為香港女子足球運動員，中女足即征中足乙擁有亞洲足聯A級教練及亞足聯五人製足球教練的国女資格。她先後曾擔任東方足球隊、履新中國U16女足等球隊主教練。陈婉
