北京時間6月6日消息，官方亞冠官方在社交平台上更新了亞冠信息，海港在澳超球隊退出後，亚冠上海海港的附加附加賽對手確定為菲律賓球隊卡雅。

繼澳大利亞參賽俱樂部退出#亞冠2021# 後，赛对手卡雅將直接與上海海港進行附加賽，卡雅爭奪F組的两队最後一個席位；

清萊聯取代悉尼FC進入H組；

大邱FC和大阪櫻花則分別落位I組和J組。
