Emmanuel Macron has poured scorn on Donald Trump after he announced his decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement.Delivering a speech in English, France's President played on Trump's MAGA slogan, prompting people to hail his English-speaking ability as "better" than Trump's.
