Amazon may have found its answer to rival Netflix’s global expansion: Worldwide availability of its Prime Video streaming service. 。
Amazon's upcoming motor show The Grand Tour will be available in more than 200 markets next month. The show premieres Friday in 10 markets including the USA, UK, Germany, Australia and Japan.。

The surprise video announcement has all but confirmed that the company plans to expand Prime Video service to more regions.。

Responding to people's excitement on Twitter, Clarkson said "Amazon has gone global." When asked for more details, an Amazon spokesperson declined to comment, but said, "Stay tuned!"。" 。
Don't get your hopes all pumped up, though. 。
Amazon quietly made Prime Video available in Australia this week, though as we pointed out, not all other Prime titles are available to people in Down Under. So it seems likely (that much like Netflix), users worldwide won't get access to entire catalog. 。
Thanks for signing up! 。

Clarkson was sacked from Top Gear last year, and shortly afterwards his colleagues from the show May and Hammond had also decided to leave.。 Though Netflix has always maintained dominance in the on-demand streaming space, its plans to expand in 130 new nations in January gave it a further lead. Amazon Prime costs Rs 999 ($15) in India, and is currently being offered at Rs 499 ($7.5), which means that people in India won't even have to pay a dollar per month for Prime Video access.。
In the run up to Indian launch, Amazon has partnered with several Bollywood studios including Dharma Productions and T-Series for exclusive rights for a major chunk of their respective catalog.。
