5月15日，曝足據中乙球隊河北功夫隊官方消息，协杯本賽季足協杯將於7月31日在中乙的月日月第三大賽區開戰，中乙球隊將率先參賽。进行

河北功夫隊官方寫道：本賽季足協杯賽將在7月底開始，赛区赛程第1輪比賽的轮月時間為7月31日-8月1日，第2輪的密集比賽時間為8月3日-8月4日，第3-5輪的曝足比賽時間為10月2日-14日。

中乙球隊在結束第一階段的协杯14輪比賽後，將立即進行足協杯賽，月日月第三個賽區通過兩輪淘汰賽，进行各自確定進入第3輪比賽的赛区赛程兩支球隊。
