家常絲瓜炒雞蛋的炒鸡做法

1.棱絲瓜去棱去皮,洗淨切片,備用

2.雞蛋打散後炒熟備用

3.鍋駝機內下油熱後,放入絲瓜翻炒均勻

4.鍋內加入適量高湯(這裏加的是骨頭湯),炒至絲瓜軟熟

5.加入炒好的雞蛋炒勻

6.裝盤

有時候家庭聚會，總是做法被自己的親人抱怨，不會做菜，家常大家沒有口福。丝瓜現在不用擔心，炒鸡看著上麵的做法步驟，自己趕緊學習做一下家常絲瓜炒雞蛋
