北京時間11月24日消息，本泽凡爾賽地方法院公布了對“錄像門”案件的马被谋罪判罰。本澤馬被判犯有企圖勒索的判企同謀罪。本澤馬最終被判監禁緩刑1年。图勒罰款75000歐元，索同同時也是年缓最高罰款。

主審法官表示：“本澤馬並不知曉敲詐過程中的刑罚所有細節，但確實參與了該計劃，款万並在同謀的本泽鼓勵下使用了欺騙手段試圖實現目的。”
