1.菠蘿切片，淡鹽水浸泡

2.12切成小塊

3.21放進榨汁機加一茶杯涼開水榨成汁，過濾果汁和果渣

4.果汁加蜂蜜攪勻酸甜開胃

5.果用木鏟攪拌熬成果醬渣放進不粘鍋加冰糖大火燒開

6.果醬變黏稠改小火(中間要不停的攪拌防止粘鍋)擠入少許檸檬汁攪勻

7.果醬做好關火裝進碗裏或玻璃瓶

8.一碗香甜的金黃色的菠蘿果醬
