The San Diego State Aztecs and UAB men’s basketball teams are scheduled to meet in a tournament game at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena in Spokane, Washington, on Friday, March 22. The game is scheduled to start at 12:45 p.m. CT/10:45 a.m. PT. 

No. 5 seed San Diego State enters the matchup 24-10 overall. Most recently, New Mexico beat SDSU 68-61 on Saturday in the Mountain West Conference Tournament championship game. Jaedon LeDee leads the SDSU Aztecs in scoring this season with 21.1 points per game and rebounding at 8.4 rebounds per contest. 

No. 12-seeded UAB comes into the contest 23-11 overall. On Sunday, UAB defeated Temple 85-69 in the AAC Tournament championship game. Yaxel Lendeborg paces UAB with 13.9 points per game and 10.7 rebounds per game.

The San Diego State Aztecs vs. UAB men’s basketball game is scheduled to be broadcast on TNT at 12:45 p.m. CT/10:45 a.m. PT on Friday, March 22. TNT broadcasters for the game are scheduled to be Lisa Byington (play-by-play), Steve Smith (analyst), Robbie Hummel (analyst), and Lauren Shehadi (reporter). 

Whatever team wins this game then advances to face No. 4 seed Auburn or No. 13 seed Yale on Sunday, March 24 in Spokane, Washington.
