搜狐體育消息，关浩规被北京時間4月20日，津犯據德國轉會市場管理員朱藝的认定消息，亞足聯已經確定了對廣州隊球員關浩津的为暴为遭處罰。

朱藝表示：關浩津在亞冠聯賽的力行嚴重犯規，亞足聯紀律委員會已做出了停賽3場（包括紅牌自動停賽的停赛上一場比賽）、以及部分罰款的场并处罚紀律處罰。為暴力行為裏的关浩规被最低處罰。
