5月10日，亚足月日亞足聯官方宣布，联国亞冠東亞區H組及I組的安亚比賽，將於6月25日至7月11日在烏茲別克斯坦舉行，冠赛國安被分在I組。程确

官方公告如下：

亞冠2021東亞區H組及I組的定月比賽將於6月25日至7月11日在烏茲別克斯坦舉行

此前已確定在泰國進行的F組、G組和J組的日至比賽日期為6月22日至7月11日。

至此，乌兹亞冠2021小組賽階段所有舉辦地點塵埃落定。别克
