北京時間12月17日，官方国举據官方消息，年东2022年東亞杯將於明年在中國舉行，亚杯男女足賽事將各有4支隊伍參賽。将中該屆東亞杯將於2022年7月19日開賽，行月7月27日結束。日正在東亞杯曆史上，式开赛中國男足曾於2005年和2010年奪冠，官方国举中國女足還未曾獲得過冠軍。年东

上屆東亞杯，亚杯韓國男足奪得冠軍，将中日本男足獲得第二，行月中國男足在李鐵的日正帶領下取得一勝兩負的成績，位列第三名。式开赛
