All Tamagotchis start off in "Tamatown", where they can go around making friends with other Tamagotchis. Your Tamagotchi is also able to wander through town, exploring each nook and cranny. There'll also be minigames and evolution features available in the new version of the game.

But despite all its new features, the game, which was first introduced 20 years ago, is heavily playing up the nostalgia factor.。

The game, which will be available on both iOS and Android, appears to have already soft launched on Canada's App store.。
