1.蝦仁洗淨挑去蝦線 ,加入少許鹽、虾仁料酒、疙瘩薑絲和幹澱粉;

2.121西紅柿洗淨切小丁;

3.212下手抓勻 ,醃製片刻;

4.12香蔥切蔥花,分成兩份;大蒜切末;

5.21雞蛋打散備用;

6.起炒鍋,加入適量花生油 ,疙瘩燒熱後下入一半蔥花,做法小火煸炒出香味兒;

7.下入西紅柿丁,改大火翻炒至出湯汁;

8.加入適量清水;

9.燒湯時準備麵疙瘩 :麵粉放進大碗,水滴狀滴入清水;

10.一邊倒水,一邊攪拌,中間可停止倒水 ,慢慢攪拌,適量在調整水量 ,將麵粉拌成大小合適均勻的麵疙瘩;

11.鍋中湯沸騰後 ,下入麵疙瘩,並迅速攪散;

12.再次燒開後 ,下入蝦仁(去掉薑絲);

13.再次沸騰後 ,加入適量鹽調味;

14.趁沸騰時,打入雞蛋,推出蛋花;

15.加入另一半蔥花和蒜末,推勻;

16.關火,滴入幾滴芝麻香油即可。
