北京時間5月23日，克鲁卡洛據記者李璿透露，伊夫已经深圳隊主教練小克魯伊夫應已離隊，离队理主卡洛斯將會被任命為代理主帥。斯将帅

李璿寫道：

最新了解到的成深情況來看，小克魯伊夫應該是足代離隊了，深足俱樂部應該會很快任命卡洛斯為一線隊代理主教練，克鲁卡洛全麵負責球隊接下來的伊夫已经訓練和比賽。

伴隨著這個調整的离队理主，還有球隊管理和考核方式的斯将帅調整。未來的成深深足會在管理方式上更高效，挺有特區球隊的足代特點。
