北京時間1月19日，两支联杯亞足聯官方發布公告，缅甸兩支來自緬甸的球队球隊，撣邦聯和漢薩瓦迪連隊將分別退出2022年亞冠聯賽和亞足聯杯比賽。分别目前，退出此事的年亚具體事項被交由相關委員會處理，並將宣布相關決定。比赛
