香煎藍點大馬鮫的大马做法

1.馬鮫魚切厚片，加鹽、做法花椒粉、香煎料酒和薑絲，蓝点按摩均勻，大马蓋保鮮膜入冰箱冷藏醃製半小時以上

2.煎之前取出，用廚房紙吸幹水分

3.平底鍋燒熱後加適量油，轉小火，蓝点放入魚片

4.煎至一麵金黃後翻麵煎至金黃即可
