The internet is awash in trashy memes just waiting for your late-night retweet spree. Why waste precious energy making your own when a bot could be doing the tough work for you?
SEE ALSO:Harambe memes chase Cincinnati Zoo off Twitter, FacebookEnter ShitpostBot 5000, a bot that randomly pairs a user-submitted image with a user-submitted template and posts a new meme every half hour on Facebook.
The results are usually terrible, but often genius:
With more than 10,500 images to choose from, the possibilities are (nearly) endless. In fact ShitpostBot 5000's website features a counter that tracks the number of potential combinations, last calculated at a whopping 1,049,506,955,225,738,728,474,196,978,505,351,168 possible memes.

Of course, this isn't the first bot meant to mirror internet culture. Remember Microsoft's millennial Tay bot? It didn't end well. Let's hope for better this time.
