上港重新集結備戰中超 保利尼奧單練奧斯卡傷缺(圖)_訓練基地
www.ty42.com 日期:2021-11-15 18:01:00| 評論(已有313889條評論)經過一周的上港休息調整 ，上海海港隊今天上午在世紀公園訓練基地重新集結 ，重新中超開啟下一階段比賽的集结備戰 。
全隊今天以恢複性訓練為主 ，备战保利隊員們展現出了積極的尼奥狀態 。在熱身活動之後，单练隊員們在教練的卡伤帶領下分別進行了傳球和搶圈訓練。訓練課最後階段 ，缺图全隊進行了恢複體能的上港跑步訓練。
