北京時間7月14日，天津據德國《轉會市場》中國區管理員朱藝的津门加盟消息，天津津門虎簽約兩名新援，虎签分別是约两石炎和王嘉楠。

朱藝寫到：此前曾在日本鳥棲砂岩隊留洋的新援小将昔日球員王嘉楠加盟天津津門虎。山東泰山隊球員石炎租借加盟天津津門虎。鲁能留日

據悉，天津石炎現年19歲，津门加盟曾幫助魯能梯隊拿到全國錦標賽冠軍。虎签王嘉楠現年28歲，约两曾效力於河南嵩山龍門、新援小将昔日廣州城、鲁能留日鳥棲砂岩。天津
