北京時間10月19日，蔣光太近日在個人社交媒體主頁上曬出了個人小時候的太晒照片，並且在配圖文字當中表示：“從一個少年到代表我的候照國家出戰！”

蔣光太的少年外祖父蔣英榮是廣東江門市新會區沙堆鎮梅閣村人，母親是到代生於英國的華裔。2019年2月，出战他加盟廣州恒大，蒋光9月24日正式拿到了中國護照。太晒

今年五月份世預賽40強賽，候照國足對陣關島隊的少年比賽當中，蔣光太上演國家隊首秀，到代迄今為止已經代表中國參加了7場比賽，出战他的蒋光個人能力也得到了很多球迷的讚賞和信任。
