Less than 48 hours after Hillary Clinton celebrated the endorsement of Queen Bey in Cleveland, she was back in the 216 to rally with King James.。

LeBron James, an Akron, Ohio native, was joined by Clinton and his Cleveland Cavaliers teammate J.R. Smith onstage, introducing the Democratic candidate as "President Hillary Clinton."。

"I know the whole notion of getting out and voting. I was one of those kids and I was around a community that was like, 'our vote doesn't matter,'" James said. "But it does, it really, really does." 。

James published an op-ed back in October in which he endorsed Clinton for president. 。

When I look at this year’s presidential race, it’s clear which candidate believes the same thing. Only one person running truly understands the struggles of an Akron child born into poverty. And when I think about the kinds of policies and ideas the kids in my foundation need from our government, the choice is clear.。

That candidate is Hillary Clinton. 。
