1.12蘿卜 、鯪魚肉、做法蝦米 、家常蔥、萝卜香菜、焖鱼榮華臘腸

2.21蘿卜切塊,蔥 、香菜切碎(另留一些上碟用) ,蝦米、榮華臘腸切小粒

3.在鯪魚肉內加入所有切碎的材料與調味料(生粉除外),醃上10分鍾

4.加入生粉,拌均勻 ,並把所有材料用手摔至有彈性,待用

5.熱鍋 ,下油。下蒜片,爆出香味

6.下蘿卜塊 ,稍煎一下,下糖、雞粉 、蠔油和水,煮開

7.在煮蘿卜的同時,在手上抹點色拉油 ,把鯪魚肉丸的材料擠成小丸,待用

8.待蘿卜塊煮至6成熟,下魚丸 ,加蓋燜煮10分鍾左右

9.下蔥,香菜即可上桌
