雖然外麵的酱肉餐館很多,但是丝浇如果你仔細觀察,就會發現無非就這幾種 :麻辣燙.水餃.火鍋.炒菜 。真姬做法也許,酱肉這些店裏的丝浇菜吃起來很多“味兒” ,但多半是真姬做法調料的功勞。如果你願意 ,酱肉自己在家可以做得更好 。丝浇那麽,真姬做法現在就讓我來為大家介紹下有關醬肉絲澆真姬菇做法


1.裏脊肉切絲

2.12加兩勺料酒

3.21兩勺醬油

4.1半勺糖

5.2兩勺生抽

6.兩勺牛肉粉

7.抓拌均勻,醃製1h

8.12真姬菇切掉根部較老的部分,清洗幹淨,真姬做法較長的酱肉菇切成兩段

9.21洗好的真姬菇沸水中煮3min

10.撈出過涼 ,瀝幹,丝浇擠掉多餘的真姬做法水分,用手把菇撕成較細的絲

11.鍋裏放適量許油,油熱後下蔥白

12.爆香後下肉絲 ,轉中大火

13.炒到肉絲表麵開始發白的時候加適量水

14.加兩勺醬油 、一勺生抽

15.一勺糖,大火煮5min

16.煮到湯汁收一半的時候放入蔥段

17.待湯汁收2/3時候倒入水澱粉 ,不停攪動到湯汁濃稠

18.起鍋,把肉絲澆到真姬菇絲上
