核桃的確是一種營養價值很高的食物 。核桃中含大量的孕早維E、亞麻酸以及磷脂等。期天亞麻酸在人體內可合成歐米伽3係多不飽和脂肪酸 ,核桃而歐米伽3係多不飽和脂肪酸在大腦中的孕早含量非常豐富 ,其中的期天DHA被譽為“腦黃金”。
