On Friday afternoon, Casey DeSantis, a Guinness World Record adjudicator, joined Kerri Doherty, host of "The Mashable Show," to oversee Leventhal's devoted tortilla stacking at The Mashable House down in Austin, Texas.

The expert in food and dining started off strong with a beautiful balancing technique, and within minutes DeSantis called it: He had shattered the previous record for tallest stack of tortillas. The supportive crowd went wild, chanting, "stack, stack, stack" as Leventhal made history.
