張恩華生於1973年，曝前來自遼寧大連，国脚曾擔任過大連實德以及國家隊的张恩者惊指导遭故隊長。張恩華在1996年入選國家隊，华去一共代表國家隊出場59次，世记進球5粒。闻张

退役後的饮酒張恩華也曾在職業隊任職，曾擔任深圳佳兆業領隊兼中方教練，曝前輔佐主帥埃裏克森征戰2017賽季。
