It might sound like a tired trope from a '70s television show, but somehow this koala and dog got trapped at the bottom of an abandoned mineshaft.。

Yes, these things still really do happen. The mine, located in Ipswich, Australia, was attended to by firefighters and the RSPCA on Monday after yelps from the dog were heard.。
