3月24日，曝刘據足球記者消息，殿座队邀廣州隊完成與劉殿座續約工作，约广合同期限為1+N。州队

白國華寫道：廣州隊主力門將，完成为國門劉殿座已經完成了和廣州隊的续约續約。據了解，合同這是期限一份1+N的合同。劉殿座和徐新兩名隊員的曝刘合同在去年底到期，關於兩人的殿座队邀續約問題，一直是约广廣州隊球迷關心的事情。

最終，州队徐新選擇了轉會山東泰山，完成为而劉殿座選擇了繼續留在廣州。续约此前，合同的確有多支球隊聯係過劉殿座，但經過綜合考慮，最終他選擇了跟廣州隊續約。
