This phone (and wand) are no less intense. A Meitu spokesperson revealed that the officially licensed set has also received its blessing from the original Sailor Moon artist, Takeuchi Naoko.。

Like its namesake app, the phone will try to do a number of clever things like detect your facial features and tweak selfies by automatically smoothening skin texture, and so on.。

The phone has a generous 3,000 mAh battery, and is based off Android Marshmallow.。

Unfortunately, only 10,000 of the Sailor Moon phones will be available, when it launches in June in Hong Kong.。

The Sailor Moon phone is set to be priced at 2,899 yuan ($420), slightly pricier than the regular M8, which goes for 2,599 yuan ($375).
