Frank "Please Drop the Album" Ocean is once again playing with our hearts.
The Grammy-winning singer posted a cryptic update about years-late sophomore work Boys Don't Cry on his site. Titled "Late," it's an image of a library due date card with a bunch of dates on it that he was likely supposed to drop the album. The last date is in July, but with the number blocked out.
So ... does that mean the album is coming out this month? Maybe, but don't forget what happened last time he promised an album drop in July.
Loyal fans have been waiting since 2012 for the followup to his massively successful debut Channel Orange. Ocean initially made it seem like Boys Don't Cry would be dropped last July. So we waited. And waited. And still, we wait.
Here's the image he shared below.
